About Us
The Virginia Chapter of NISOA, VISOA, officiates Intercollegiate matches for both men's and women's soccer teams. We officiate for all colleges in the state of Virginia unless they have a conference that is assigned by a conference assignor.
Our Mission
The purpose of the Virginia Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (VISOA) shall be to:
- Represent the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA).
- Provide an adequate number of well-trained officials to client schools.
- Promote the welfare of the game of soccer.
- Cooperate with organizations officially connected with the game of soccer.
- Encourage sportsmanship and fair play
