Deadlines:

 February 1 – Notify Area Rep of intent to submit application and availability for the Jefferson Cup(s). 

February 15 – Minimal application (2 recommendations) and fee submitted to Area Rep.

April 1 - Remaining recommendations and assessments submitted to Area Rep.

April 15 – Applicants notified of acceptance.
