Attention VISOA Members:
VISOA’s East Region will be hosting a Pre-Camp Fitness Test on the campus of Christopher Newport University on Thursday, June 21st at 7pm.
This will be the only pre-camp fitness test offered in the East Region and is open to all VISOA members who wish to participate. The test will begin promptly at 7pm at the CNU track (see link below for campus map). All interested in participating must RSVP Joe Biava (juanvaldez345@gmail.com or training@visoa.org) no later than June 20th to register. Walk-ups on the day of the event who have not registered by the June 20th deadline will not be allowed to participate
