Attention Current and New VISOA Members,

This is a reminder that next Saturday, July 28th is VISOA’s 2018 Annual Clinic in preparation for the upcoming collegiate season. The clinic is being held at Benedictine College Preparatory school located at 12829 River Rd., Richmond, VA 23238.

There have been several registration survey’s sent out to all members over the past couple months including (1) Camp Registration, (2) Fitness Test Registration, (3) Hotel Accommodations, (4) Business Meeting Agenda, and (5) Annual Golf Outing Registration.

For individuals who completed the Hotel Accommodation request survey, accommodations will be at the Hilton Richmond Downtown (501 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219) and Parking is included with the room rate (reservations are for Friday only).  If you are unsure if you have a reservation, see notations below.

If you completed some/all of the above listed registrations then you are all set to attend/participate.  If you have not completed a registration (or registrations) or if you have any questions regarding your participation, you can contact the following individuals:

• 11:10am – 11:20am:  Break
• 11:20am – 11:50am:  NCAA Rule Changes and Test
• 11:50am – 12:35pm:  Working lunch (Sit with Regions for meetings)
• 12:35pm – 1pm:  Hall of Fame
• 1pm – 2pm:  Presentation #3 – Paul Rejer
• 2pm-2:15pm:  Break
• 2:15pm – 3pm:  Presentation #4 – Bill Dittmar
• 3pm – 5pm:  Business Meeting
• 5pm:  Dismiss for afterparty and Cornhole Tournament
• 9pm:  Everyone Head Home
