NISOA Referees
Sprints: 6 x 40yds, 9.0 seconds or faster
Run/Walk: run 150yds/walk 50yds. Run 45 sec./walk 45 sec.
NISOA National Referees
Sprints: 6 x 40 yds, 6.4 sec.
Run/Walk: run 75 yds/walk 25 yds. Run 17 sec./walk 20 sec.
