VISOA referees were well represented at United States Soccer Federation’s (USSF) Regional Training Seminar (RTS) in Greensboro, NC on February 16th and 17th.  Attendance at a RTS is by invitation only and is mandatory for all referees officiating professional games.  Attendees were treated to instruction by USSF National Director of Assessment David McKee and Former FIFA Assistant Referee and current MLS Assistant Referee Craig Lowry.  Additional VISOA referees will attend the RTS in Maryland on April 6th and 7th 2013.
